Euro Soccer USA’s professional, licensed coaches take pride in their comprehensive and flexible curriculum, tailoring the program to provide the most benefit for each unique group of children, without compromising the quality of the training.

We are excited to announce that the award-winning FitNut Program will be part of our Euro Soccer USA camps!

Below please find information and instructions for your child’s soccer camp:
Attire: Shorts & T-shirts are OK, colors do not matter, as we have different colored practice vests for games. Soccer uniforms are optional for you to buy yourself, but are certainly not necessary. Sneakers are fine too. Cleats are optional, but not necessary. Ages 4+: Shin Pads are recommended to protect their shins and long soccer socks should be pulled over the shin pads to cover them. Sunscreen and a hat are strongly recommended. (We do not practice heading the ball). 

Nutrition: Prepare your child the way you would normally prepare them for sporting or exercise activities. Allow ample time for food to settle before practice begins. 

HALF Day: Please send a snack or two with your child.

FULL Day: Please send a packed lunch and a snack or two for the day.

Hydration: Dehydration is a common cause of energy depletion and can be avoided by simply drinking water frequently before, during, and after Practicing.

Euro Soccer USA will provide all participants with water during the camp, but you may bring your own water or juice (no sodas).

Getting to the field: Plan to arrive 10 minutes before the class begins; this way your child is ready to start at the beginning of practice and not trying to catch up.
